A Farewell to a Most Talented Musician

As you know me (CoCo) and Reeses, love Skillet. And, as you know, we like them just the way they are (or used to be).

But a thing that was totally unexpected happened a little while ago. Skillet's drummer (the blond in the picture) is leaving!!!!! Trust me, when I heard this I couldn't believe it. Reeses almost cried!

She is one of the best drummers I have ever listened to.

Lately, since I heard about the drummer (Lori Peters) leaving, I have not been able to stop listening to Skillet. If you just listen to the drums in certain songs, you will hear how good she is.

The drummer that will be taking her place is named Jen Ledger. She is eighteen and we are hoping that she is just as good as Lori, and that we will not be disappointed.
